Applications and Forms: You may open applications and forms directly from this website. If you would rather have us send you the application materials, you have the following options:
| we can mail the entire application packet to you in hard copy, and/or |
| we can email you the required fill-in forms as an MS Word attachment. |

PLEASE NOTE: OUR COMMISSION HAS STATED ITS INTENTION TO FUND ONLY PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN TUOLUMNE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER APPLICATIONS THAT PROPOSE SERVICES TO FAMILIES THAT LIVE OUT OF COUNTY, STATE, OR COUNTRY. THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT SEND APPLICATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO OPERATE OUT OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY UNLESS THEY CAN DESCRIBE THEIR INTENT TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN OUR COUNTY. Our resources are limited - please do not request applications if you do not intend to provide services in Tuolumne County, California.
